All donations fund Lake Wausau improvements and management efforts. Recent & current projects and initiatives to improve Lake Wausau requiring funding and donations include the purchase and installation of an ADA compliant kayak launch to enhance recreational opportunities, installation of no wake buoys to promote safety and preservation of shorelines, education on safe recreating and wakesurfing, support of volunteer programs like Adopt-A-Shoreline, and weed harvesting and potential dredging to maintain navigable channels and prevent the spread of invasive species. Our group is entirely volunteer and no donations or fundraiser proceeds are used to compensate any member of the organization. We are working toward a better Lake Wausau for everyone in our community to enjoy!
